Movie: Baraka Language: None Genre: Documentary Director: Ron Frickie Year: 1992 Watched on: 17 November 2005 Reviews: Chandrakanth: **** (4/5) This movie is similar to Koyaanisqatsi and is a documentary photographed on six continents in 24 countries including India. Like Koyaanisqatsi it has no story and dialogs, but probably still gives one an experience which he/she never had. This thought provoking movie sorrounds us with lots of questions about ourselves, our evolution and our existence. We get to see some breathtaking scenes which we might never see in our lives through our naked eyes. Ron Frickie, the genius cinematographer's brilliance can be seen in every frame.

Movie: Koyaanisqatsi Language: None Genre: Documentary Director:Godfrey Reggio Year: 1983 Watched on: 12 November 2005 Reviews: Chandrakanth: **** (4/5) A beautiful film without any conventional plot. Its just a collection of well photographed scenes. Film has brillaint photography by Ron Frickie and excellent music by Philip Glass. Director Godfrey Reggio has created Cinematic masterpiece without even a single line of dialog. It is very profound and deeply moving piece of work.
